Christmas Season Begins

December at BFA was an exciting time of Christmas celebrations and anticipation of Christmas break. Here below are pictures of the Christmas concert, which all of our Liel Dorm kids were involved in. See if you can pick them out!

Here we are getting our Christmas tree from a farmer, "Zigfried" who lives down the street from the dorm.

And decorating our house for the season.

And making Christmas cookies!

The Mindeks, the family that substitutes for Sue and I on our weekends off, singing a song in Bosnian at our dorm Christmas party.

The dorm kids and the Mindeks made special crafts for Lauren, our RA, and for Sue and I. They presented them to us at our dorm Christmas party.

Our eight 8th graders served as waiters at the High School Christmas Banquet.

Ester and Michael below are Liel dorm alumni and very dear to Sue and I. They were in the dorm the three years that we served as substitutes at the Liel dorm. They are now seniors.
