"I'll Be Home For Christmas!"

Alison and Hannah returned home from college on Bob's birthday. It was a wonderful gift!
We have had a great time making memories and recounting old ones.

Our girls have enjoyed mom's home cooking.

Exchanging gifts on Christmas morning.

We enjoyed making Christmas cookies and sharing them with our neighbors!

A number of other BFA alumni returned to their families in the BFA community for Christmas break. Here is Hannah with three of her friends who graduated with her last year:

Marshall and his band buddies put on a concert for their siblings who had returned home for Christmas.

After New Years we were able to get away for a few days in the Swiss Alps where a number of friends from the BFA community had gathered for a wintery retreat. We had not planned to go but another family backed out and offered to us and another family to take their place.

Could this really be God's parking spot?

Well we certainly enjoyed the beauty of His creation here and the time we spent together.

"Kids Stuff"

"Kids Stuff" is the name for the children's church program at Black Forest Christian Fellowship where we attend church. The program is organized by Mrs. Reiff and her team of middle school kids who lead the elementary school kids in active worship and perform skits to present the Bible lesson. Marshall has been involved in this program giving him a chance to serve the Lord and use his acting skills.
